Maintenance Program

Western Heating & Cooling is committed to providing you with services and products insuring you can enjoy your home and your worry-free comfort system for years to come.

The process begins when our Comfort Consultant provides you with a proposal for you home comfort plan taking the time to properly size and design a system specifically meeting your needs and for your home. Then our installation and service technicians take over for the long term care and support of you home comfort systems.

Below is more information about our commitment to your home comfort.

High Efficiency Experts:  Western Heating has obtained certifications from NATE, NW Natural and we are a member of American Standard’s Customer Care program.

Western’s Workmanship Warranty:  In addition to the manufacturer warranties, Western also warranties other components of the installation such as the refrigerant lines or condensation system.  You can trust Western to warranty any defect in workmanship including parts and labor for a full 12 months after our installation.

Proper Sizing of Equipment:  Today’s high efficiency equipment has many performance parameters to be considered for maximum operation efficiency, lowest fuel costs and the longest life.  Many contractors size equipment for your home based on square footage, the size of your previous equipment, rules of thumb or just “eye-balling it”.  Improper sizing is one of the most common mistakes and will lower the efficiency of your system, reduce your overall comfort and satisfaction, and shorten the equipment’s life

Annual Customer Care Service: Consistent professional annual preventative maintenance performed by a licensed technician.

Lifetime Ductwork Warranty: Western provides a limited lifetime warranty on all new ductwork installed by us.

Western’s Service Commitment:  Western’s customers receive honest, reliable service Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.  Our service department features professionally trained technicians with fully equipped vans to save you time and money.
