Called Western Heating and Cooling early on a Saturday morning after waking up to a burning electrical smell coming from our furnace. My entire house filled with toxic smells, so we turned off the heat. Temps just dropped and with no heat we called everyone in town. It was 5 a.m. and no one was answering, so we started to panic. Melissa called me back right away. My saving grace! She was able to schedule Todd to come out the same day. My husband was thrilled! Todd diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary fix, and we had an estimate for parts the same day. I called the following week, approved the estimate and Todd came back in less than 3 days to repair the furnace. He brought Jacob along to help. They were very respectful in my son's nursery when I asked them to remove their shoes to inspect the breaker panel. Each visit they were on time, respectful, and most importantly got our heat running! Reasonably priced too.

I called Western Heating & Cooling to have them come out and see why my heater was not coming on. They sent out Michael Brown, who came out and solved another heating problem that struck us two winters ago that was due to frozen condensation pipe under the house on our HVAC system. Mike recognized me when he stepped out of the car and asked how that work was all holding up. Well, Mike got to work and after some work he found the problem. Two small birds had gotten into the vent pipes and worked their way all the way into the blower motor and were stopping the fan from turning and causing the problem. Poor Mike had to dig out those poor birds with some long-length needle nose pliers. Very gross for sure! I appreciate Mike and his efforts to get us all fixed, and the amazing customer service he provides is appreciated. I personally think he should get a raise!! Western has been great to work with. Will continue to use them going forward.

This is our first time scheduling service with Western; we requested a tuneup for our HVAC systems. Jacob arrived timely with a big smile, very professional and pleasant to work with. He found some concerns with our system which needed to be addressed before he could fully complete the tuneup on our system. He communicated clearly, provided an estimate for the repairs within minutes, and was on his way. Within a couple of days, I had received communication from their office that the parts had arrived and they scheduled my repair appointment. Jacob returned along with another tech, Matt. They completed the repairs, tuneup, and tested everything. They made sure that I understood my warranty, and how I could reach them if we had questions. We have been using Western for several years. Their technicians are highly professional and very courteous. This year our heating system would not turn on. I got it going by manually turning the inducer motor, but we asked them to come out and do the yearly maintenance and check out the system. Thank you, Western Heating, for another quality service call. We had forgotten that it was time for a yearly follow-up, but the Western Heating team contacted us and set up an appointment right away. Kenny, who performed our annual inspection and tune-up, was very friendly and professional and discovered an issue with our A/C that we were not aware of and explained why we may not have noticed it, but it was not cooling to optimal levels. Then Jacob, also very friendly and professional, put his knowledge, training, and experience to the test to thoroughly diagnose our system and corrected the issue. Jacob then explained in much detail what he had found and how he corrected it, and how he added some safeguards for potential future diagnoses if ever needed.
